My Awesome Technology Skills
AH HAH. Clever AJ, clever.
I’ve just been passed a co-worker’s Blackberry. She had forgotten it in her office so she had someone bring it over from the other building. Here I am, all, “What a contraption! So, uh, what am I expected to do with it?” Answer it if it rings, apparently.
My predicament? How in God’s name does one answer this Blackberry mechanism if it rings? I see no Talk Button.
Of course. It just rang. So I sat here at my desk, staring at it, hoping that I could use some special mind power to answer it. I failed. Thankfully I no longer have this Blackberry in my possession for the owner has claimed it.

I think you say nanu nanu, and then dance around in a circle....
hahaha that might be it, nick. I've never even seen a blackberry. I want one.
hahaha
If I had done that I am more than certain the people I work with would ship me off to a mental institution.
I can see it now...
Fellow Employees: Oh my God. She has finally snapped.
You eat blackberries. With ham.
Alex - MMM ham, however, blackberries I do not eat (I'm either allergic to certain foods or I'm just picky. In the case of blueberries, I'm just picky).
Well I'm allergic to a lot of technology, so I guess we're in the same boat.
My ex-girlfriend's mother was a super-important business women, and when they visited New Hampshire one time for a big get-together with my parents, she was using that thing CONSTANTLY. I feel bad for people who have that much responsibility...it's like you never get a weekend, or a vacation, or any time away from work.
I'll stick to the ham, thank you.
Alex - There are people that I work with who are like that. Constantly on their fancy piece of technology and never taking a break, not even on weekends.
At one point I worked two jobs. One full-time, Monday to Friday, and the other part-time, Saturday-Sunday. I did that for two years and now that I "smartened up", and got rid of the part-time job, I could never imagine having to work 7 days a week.
